Simon finished up his exams at Imperial University in South Kensington last week and will be moving home this weekend. We all went out to Nando's (Portuguese- spicy, lots of chicken) for dinner and chatted away the evening. Mike, Fern, Larissa and Simon reminisced of times far and away when they lived in 'the pit.' (this crazy old flat, next to a prison, with a nuts.

land lady, rats, no heat, etc.) We chatted about their many adventures, like the time they got home and the door was glued shut... I just sat and soaked it all in; they are very good story tellers. We all chatted about the good ol' days, kiss chase (kiss catch, kissy tag) and the way things used to be.
We stopped by a random shop to get a little Ben & Jerry's (oh ya, £4.80 for a pint...) and Fern basically fell in the ice cream freezer.
Mike told the guy at the counter, "thank you for being so patient with my friends, I try to get take them out once a week, to get them out of the special home once in a while." ya ya...

We got home and watched the all-time loved, tried and true, High School Musical. For the first half hour, I was the only one who noticed how cheesy it was everyone else finally noticed but we all sang along with it anyways. Afterwards, we all watched the 'Kiss the Girl' music video (little mermaid...) about 3 times and it's been stuck in our heads ever since.
