Saturday is always a welcome day because it's the one day I get to plan my own schedule...ish. I decided to go see the Tate Modern because I've heard so many good things about it. It was fantastic! This is a pic of me and the Tate. Awww, don't we make a good pair.
This is Millenium Bridge. It's also know as the swaying bridge because when the queen dedicated it, she walked across it and it was lovely. But, when they opened it to the public, it must not have been able to take the strain and began to sway. We, however, lovingly refer to it as super model bridge.

A few of us went to Brick Lane. It was well cool, we found some good vintage shops filled with the best and worst of the old and new. I learned to look at a lot of seemingly ugly things in a new light. My buddies were picking up the most random things and falling in love with them. Like these hats for instance...
Meet my roommate. This is what we refer to as "typical Ferne." She saw the fence, the barbed wire and the hole at the top and figured that she was probably big enough to fit through.

...another lovely trip on the tube. This is me, Ferne and Lilly. We are on our way home to make a traditional English supper.
